Antonia has over 10 years research experience, spanning psychological research, employee research, 360 feedback programmes and consumer insight. Now specialising in insight gained from panels and communities via quantitative or qualitative techniques, Antonia enjoys working closely with clients to understand their consumer and gain the competitive edge in the market place.
Mark is the founder and CEO of MindMover with over 17 years market research experience. His philosophy for MindMover is to combine research with bespoke software to provide creative and innovative solutions to put the customer at the heart of our clients strategy and delivery. Since 1999 we have lead the way in online branded communities, online moderated forums and customer journey tracking that gives real insight to our clients. We continue to innovate and relish the challenges given to us by our clients to deliver insight that improves customer experiences and drives profitability. He is a member of the Market Research Society and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Matt makes sure all the software and hardware required to run our surveys is working well, and continuously improving. He's also working with the rest of the IT team to develop the brand-new quant and qual software which will be available early this year. He's doing that right now, in fact.
